Heart Prayer

No earth-shattering news, really. I got my countersigned lease in the mail, so I definitely have a place to call home in Pittsburgh for 17 months. And, Taylor's having a blast in Boston at the SMFA.

Check this out, though: link.

"Praying for patients undergoing heart operations does not improve their outcomes, a US study suggests."

You think?

ahahahaha! idiocy. =)

The hell you say! It's hilarious what people do. At my workplace, I get people coming in wondering why they have so many overdraft fees on their account? I offer them overdraft protection on their checking account. They tell me they have to pray about it. I say, "Uh huh, while you're praying, see if God can reverse some of those charges for you." Prayer as a way to help people get through heart surgery? I'd rather have a really good heart surgeon!
